Or maybe the awesomeness of our traditional full English breakfast is the one for you – Free range eggs cooked (any style), locally produced pork sausages, Sussex bacon and black pudding sitting alongside wonderful Portobello mushrooms and oven roasted cherry tomatoes.
Every breakfast comes with lashings of locally baked French bread or toast. Maybe our oven baked morning croissants served with butter and jam is what you really fancy. A worldwide selection of Teas and coffees are on tap to help start your day.

Soft boiled free range egg – with toast soldiers and Marmite.
Egg Florentine – poached free range egg and wilted spinach, topped with Hollandaise sauce and served on a toasted muffin with roast cherry tomatoes
Egg Benedict – poached free range egg with smoked black forest ham, topped with Hollandaise sauce and served on a toasted muffin with roast cherry tomatoes
Egg Royale – poached free range egg with smoked salmon, topped with Hollandaise sauce and served on a toasted muffin with roast cherry tomatoes
Pancakes – with lemon and sugar

Luxury Porridge – Rolled oats cooked in milk with walnuts, a pinch of cinnamon and a choice of homemade apple sauce or passion fruit yogurt.
Gluten/wheat/dairy-free options usually available on request. Extra breakfast is charged at £15 per head (excludes children under 12).
